1. Do you print dogs only?

In BoomPup, all pets are welcome! Whether it's a dog, cat, bird, horse- It doesn't matter. We would love to capture them all into our unique piece of art!

2. Can you do humans?

At this time, we do not! We want to remain true to our brand which started with just pets.

3. Can I get a preview of my design before printing?

Sure you do! When your proof is ready. We will message you. Then, you can review your design and choose your background and colors.
If you have any edits, you can always chat with your designer through the Customer Center. Your edits are unlimited!
We don't sprint until you are 100% satisfied and approved your design!

Refunds and Returns

All of the details about refunds and returns can be found on the Refunds and Returns page.

1.Can I get a refund for my purchase?

We want happy customers. If you are not satisfied with your artwork you can ask for a refund, but once you've approved your proof and your product has been printed you will not be able to ask for a refund.

2. I got my package but the shipping time was delayed.

We can't guarantee a specific shipping time, as we send our products by UPS and DHL.

But, if more than 40 business days have passed since you placed your order, and your package still has not arrived, we guarantee a full refund for your purchase.

3. Can I return my order?

Because BoomPup is a customized product company, returning or exchanging orders is not possible. If there is a mistake in your order, feel free to contact us! If this is our mistake, we will send you a new product immediately.

Shipping Info

1.  Do you Ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! We want to Boom your pets all over the world so we have standard shipping for most countries.

2.How long does shipping take? 

Shipping time varies based on products. We know that it isn't fun to wait for your order, and we do our best to make your shipping as fast as we can. You can check all the details on our Shipping Info page.

3.  When will my order be printed and shipped out? 

First, you have to approve your artwork. Then it can take us anywhere from 2-7 business days to print and ship your product. At the moment your product is sent out, you will get an email with all of the tracking information you need.

4.  Can I track my package? 

Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

5.  Can I upgrade my shipping? 

Yes, you can! We offer standard shipping on all products. If you would like to upgrade, we offer expedited shipping for purchases in the United States. Upgraded shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping time over. So, where is my order?

We do the best we can to make your BoomPup experience go without a hitch. Unfortunately, some things are not up to us. Our products are shipped by UPS and FedEx, and in some cases, your shipping time may be delayed. But don't worry! If more than 40 days has passed and your order hasn't arrived, you will receive a full refund.

Proofing

Within 3 days an email will be sent to you to approve your artwork.

1.  When can I see my BoomPup proof? 

After you make your purchase, our artists get right to work. You can expect your proof in just 1-3 business days. We will send you a link to your unique order profile via email, where we make it super easy and fun to check out your artwork.

2.  What if I don't like my BoomPup proof? 

If you don't like your art proof you can change it! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BoomPup product. And if not, we will not print your artwork.

3. Can I cancel my order? 

If you feel you don't like our artwork you can easily cancel your order and get your money back. Once you have approved your proof and your product is sent to the printer, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Just follow our photo guide and your BoomPup will be perfect! But don't worry, if we find that your photo doesn't fit our artwork, we will send you an email to make a new one.

Every photo is designed personally by our talented graphic designers.The combination of love for our pets and professional designers is what makes your artwork so unique.
