Before printing: Within 3 business days, an email with your design will be sent to you. You can approve your proof or you can give us the changes you want us to make. We will not print your artwork until you are 100% satisfied with your proof. If for some reason you do not want your product, you can ask for a refund. We guarantee full refunds for your purchase. But, once you have approved your design and your order was sent to print, we cannot cancel your order or give you a refund.
- After Printing: We use standard shipping to send our products. Specific shipping times will be given on the product's page. We make every attempt to deliver your products as fast as possible, but we cannot always guarantee delivery time. If your order still hasn't arrived within 40 business days, contact us. We guarantee a full refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
BoomPup is a company of customized products. Because of that, we cannot return or exchange your products. If for some reason we made a mistake on your product, please contact us.
